Yes, solar hardware is made of all solid state materials, which are fully recyclable at the end of its life. Batteries are self enclosed and very safe to have on your property. We follow all state and local safety regulations.

No, not with our solar and battery lease. Futurenergy designs, engineers, installs, maintains and decommissions everything.

No, Futurenergy will do everything. We just need periodic access to the property for maintenance.

You may have to pay taxes on the lease payments, however check with your accountant first. Regarding an increase in property taxes, Futurenergy will pay for the increase only in property taxes due to the solar and/or battery lease causing an increase in property value.

If you are doing a lease project, we pay for everything involved and take the tax credits. You as the owner entity receive the lease payments.

A small system is approximately half the size of a tennis court, while a larger system is about the size of a full tennis court.

Battery approvals from the utility company generally take between one and two years and solar systems between 6 months and 2 years depending on the scope of the project. Once approved, the installation will be completed within 1-2 months.
